BLAT Salad
INGREDIENTS:
Iceburg lettuce
4 rashers of short bacon, diced
250g cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, diced
2 slices of GF toast or toasted sourdough
1/4 cup garlic aioli
METHOD:
In a medium-low heated frypan, fry off the bacon.
While this cooks, chop up enough lettuce for 4 people and place in a salad bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the toast.
Once bacon is cooked, add to the bowl along with the toast. Mix well and serve straight away.
