BLAT Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • Iceburg lettuce

  • 4 rashers of short bacon, diced

  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 2 slices of GF toast or toasted sourdough

  • 1/4 cup garlic aioli

METHOD:

  1. In a medium-low heated frypan, fry off the bacon.

  2. While this cooks, chop up enough lettuce for 4 people and place in a salad bowl.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the toast.

  4. Once bacon is cooked, add to the bowl along with the toast. Mix well and serve straight away.
