Pina Colada Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple 

  • 1/4 cup vanilla coconut yogurt 

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • Optional add some vanilla protein powder or frozen banana with a touch more milk for bonus flavour 

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
