Cherry Ripe Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted 

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

  • 200g DF dark chocolate 

  • 2 tsp coconut oil 

METHOD:

  1. Add dates, cherries, coconut, 1/3 cup coconut oil and vanilla extract into a food processor and blitz.

  2. The mixture will be moist so slightly wet your hands and roll into balls.

  3. Heat the chocolate and coconut oil in a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of water. Mix until smooth.

  4. Coat the balls in the chocolate.

  5. Place on a plate in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
