'Weis' Good Smoothie

GF, DF + VE -serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 mango, skin and seed removed (or 1/2 cup frozen mango)

  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp vanilla plant based protein

  • 1 medjool date, pit removed (optional)

METHOD:

  1. Blitz together until smooth and creamy.
