Creamy Nutty Oats
DF, V and RSF - serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp almond butter or any nut/seed butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp super seed dust
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup water
Super seed dust
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup linseeds
Method:
For the super seed dust add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz to a powder. Set aside.
In a small saucepan add all the other ingredients including the seed dust and bring to a simmer.
Cook for around 5 minutes.
Pour porridge into bowls and tops with extra milk and which ever toppings you desire.
I like to put the other serving in the fridge ready for the next day.
