Seed Crackers
GF, DF and RSF
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flaxseeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup chia seeds
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp rosemary
Pinch of pink salt
3/4 cup water
Method:
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray with paper.
Add all ingredients into a bowl, mix well and let sit for 5 minutes.
Now pour your mixture onto your prepared baking tray and spread out until around 0.5cm thick.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove and let cool before breaking into crackers.
