Seed Crackers

GF, DF and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/8 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp rosemary

  • Pinch of pink salt

  • 3/4 cup water

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray with paper.

  2. Add all ingredients into a bowl, mix well and let sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Now pour your mixture onto your prepared baking tray and spread out until around 0.5cm thick.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Remove and let cool before breaking into crackers.
