Homemade Hummus

GF, DF, V and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of rinsed chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup hulled tahini

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp pink salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a belnder and blitz well until smooth or still slightly chunky.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for upto 5 days.
