Homemade Hummus
GF, DF, V and RSF
Ingredients:
1 can of rinsed chickpeas
1/4 cup hulled tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Method:
Add all ingredients into a belnder and blitz well until smooth or still slightly chunky.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for upto 5 days.
