Nutella Blissballs

GF, DF, V and RSF - makes 10

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup boiling water

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts

  • 4 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp vanilla wholefood protein powder (optional)

Method:

  1. In a food processor, add the dates, vanilla extract and boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Blitz into a paste.

  3. Now add in the rest of the ingredients blitz until mixture is smooth (scrap down the sides half way)

  4. Using a spoon scoop out the mixture and roll into balls.

  5. Place in an airtight container and keep inthe fridge for up to a week.
