Nutella Blissballs
GF, DF, V and RSF - makes 10
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup hazelnuts
4 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp vanilla wholefood protein powder (optional)
Method:
In a food processor, add the dates, vanilla extract and boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes.
Blitz into a paste.
Now add in the rest of the ingredients blitz until mixture is smooth (scrap down the sides half way)
Using a spoon scoop out the mixture and roll into balls.
Place in an airtight container and keep inthe fridge for up to a week.
