Chilli Tuna Crackers

GF, DF and RSF - Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 3 buckwheat cruskits

  • 1 tin of tuna in spring water 95g drained

  • 2 tbsp hulled tahini

  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 small tomato sliced

  • 9 slices of cucumber

  • 1/4 avocado

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the tuna, tahini and sriracha.

  2. On your crackers, mash the avocado and top with the tomato and cucumber slices.

  3. Top with the tuna and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
