Chilli Tuna Crackers
GF, DF and RSF - Serves 1
Ingredients:
3 buckwheat cruskits
1 tin of tuna in spring water 95g drained
2 tbsp hulled tahini
1 tsp sriracha sauce
Salt and pepper
1 small tomato sliced
9 slices of cucumber
1/4 avocado
Method:
In a bowl, mix the tuna, tahini and sriracha.
On your crackers, mash the avocado and top with the tomato and cucumber slices.
Top with the tuna and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
