Green with Goodness Smoothie Bowl
GF, DF, V and RSF - serves 1
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/4 cup diced zucchini
Handful of spinach
1 pitted date (optional)
Dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 heaped tbsp vanilla wholefood protein powder
1 tsp greens powder
1/4 tsp spirulina
1/4 cup filtered water
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
