Chocolate Thickshake Smoothie Bowl

GF, DF, V AND RSF - serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup cashews

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 1 heaped tbsp of chocolate wholefood protein powder (or vanilla)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup almond milk plus extra if needed

  • Granola and shredded coconut to top

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

  2. Top with protein granola and coconut.
