Berry Good Smoothie

GF, DF, V AND RSF - serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • Handful blueberries

  • I heaped tbsp wholefood vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method

1.       Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz.
