Choc Peanut Butter Blissballs

GF, DF, V AND RSF - makes around 10-12

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup of boiling water

  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of almonds

  • 3 tbsp of raw cacao powder

  • 2-3 tbsp of natural peanut butter

  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut

  • Pinch of himlayan salt

  • Crushed peanuts to roll

Method:

  1. In a blender blitz the almonds to form a chunky powder and set aside.

  2. Now add in your dates, boiled water and vanilla extract to the blender and let sit for 5 minutes to soften.

  3. Now add in all other ingredients as well as the almonds and blitz together to form a slightly sticky dough but not too wet.

  1. Roll into balls and then roll in the crushed peanuts. 

  2. Store in a airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
