Sneaky Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups almond meal
¼ cup raw cacao powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 zucchini grated
2 ripe bananas mashed
¾ cup crushed walnuts (extra to top)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
2. In a mixing bowl add all dry ingredients
3. In a separate bowl add all the wet ingredients mixing well
4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk well
5. Pour mix into lined loaf tin, top with extra walnuts
6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
7. Remove and let cool .
