Chocolate Muggin

GF, DF and RSF - serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut

  • 1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup of almond/coconut milk

  • 1 tsp raw honey/maple syrup (optional)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a mug and mix well.

  2. Put in the microwave for 60 seconds.

  3. Remove and enjoy
