Paleo Loaf with Avocado

GF, DF and RSF - serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of the paleo loaf

  • 1/4 avocado

  • Handful of rocket

  • Salt and pepper

  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Method:

  1. SMash the avovado over the paleo loaf.

  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  3. Top with rocket and a sqeeze of lemon.
