Chocolate Crunch Cookies
GF, DF and RSF
Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup buckwheat kernals
1/4 cup raw honey/maple syrup + 1 tbsp
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 egg whisked
Method:
Pre heat oven to 160 degrees C and line a bking tray.
In a bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix well.
In a seperate bowl add your wet ingredients mixing well.
Add your wet ingredients into your dry and mix well.
Using a spoon, scoop out mixture into balls and place on the tray.
Press down using the back of a fork and place in the oven.
Bake for 16 minutes or until cooked.
Remove and let cool.
