Chocolate Crunch Cookies

GF, DF and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup buckwheat kernals

  • 1/4 cup raw honey/maple syrup + 1 tbsp

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 egg whisked

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 160 degrees C and line a bking tray.

  2. In a bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix well.

  3. In a seperate bowl add your wet ingredients mixing well.

  4. Add your wet ingredients into your dry and mix well.

  5. Using a spoon, scoop out mixture into balls and place on the tray.

  6. Press down using the back of a fork and place in the oven.

  7. Bake for 16 minutes or until cooked.

  8. Remove and let cool.
