Goji Morning Muesli
Df and RSF
Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup quinoa flakes
½ cup chia seeds
½ cup linseeds
½ cup hemp seeds
1 cup goji berries
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp cinnamon
4 medjool dates pitted and chopped
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl .
2. Pour into a large jar (1.5L) store in the cupboard.
3. Serve with your favourite milk, yogurt or fruit.
