Goji Morning Muesli

Df and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup quinoa flakes

  • ½ cup chia seeds

  • ½ cup linseeds

  • ½ cup hemp seeds

  • 1 cup goji berries

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 4 medjool dates pitted and chopped

    Method:

    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl .

    2. Pour into a large jar (1.5L) store in the cupboard.

    3. Serve with your favourite milk, yogurt or fruit.
