Coco Greens Smoothie
GF, DF and RSF - serves 1
Ingredietns:
1 banana
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Handful of spinach
1 TSP greens powder (optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 heaped tbsp of wholefood vanilla protein powder
1 cup of water or coconut milk (carton)
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until creamy.
