Coco Greens Smoothie

GF, DF and RSF - serves 1

Ingredietns:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  • Handful of spinach

  • 1 TSP greens powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 heaped tbsp of wholefood vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup of water or coconut milk (carton)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until creamy.
