Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

GF, DF and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almonds blitz to make a flour

  • 3 tbsp of raw cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp plant based chocolate protein powder (add 1 tbsp extra cacao powder if not using)

  • ¼ tsp of ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp GF baking powder

  • 1 medium ripe banana

  • 2-3 tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp almond / coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

    Method:

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C, grease a small muffin tin.

    2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until a slightly thick but a spreadable batter.

    3. Spoon mixture into tray and bake 12 – 15 minutes.

    4. Let cool before removing.

    5. Drizzle with extra peanut butter if desired.
