Anzac Biscuit Granola
DF, GF and RSF
Ingredients:
1 cup of GF rolled oats
1 cup desiccated coconut
¼ cup crushed walnuts
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup raw honey /maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C, line baking tray .
2. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients.
4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry bowl and mix well.
5. Spread out onto a tray and bake for 20-30 minutes stirring half way through.
6. Let cool then place in a container and refrigerate.
