Healthy Chocolate Mousse

GF, DF and RSF - serves 2-3

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 4 tbsp of raw cacao powder

  • 3 tbsp raw honey / maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch od Himalayan / sea salt

    Method:

    1. Scoop out the avocado and put into a food processor.

    2. Add all other ingredients and blitz until nice and creamy.

    3. Scoop mixture into glass jars and set in the fridge for 3 hours.
