Baked Berry Breakfast Bar

DF and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • ½ cup of berries (frozen is fine)

  • ¼ cup walnuts

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

    Method:

    1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray.

    2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    3. Combine all wet ingredients in a small bowl .

    4. Now add the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir.

    5. Mold mixture into bar shapes and place on the tray.

    6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
