Banana Chia Pudding
GF, DF AND RSF
Ingredients:
1 small banana
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder or ¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp shredded coconut
Sunflower seeds
Method:
1. Put all ingredients except sunflower seeds + chia seeds and blitz together
2. Stir through chia seeds and pour into a bowl
3. Top with sunflower seeds and place in the fridge overnight to set
