Cashew Mayo
GF, DF and RSF
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews (soaked for 6 hours) OR (soak in boiled water for 15 minutes)
3/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Good pinch of salt and pepper (taste and adjust to your tastebuds)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
