Cashew Mayo

GF, DF and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked for 6 hours) OR (soak in boiled water for 15 minutes)

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • Good pinch of salt and pepper (taste and adjust to your tastebuds)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
