Sriracha Cashew Mayo
GF, DF and RSF* Check ingredients of Sriracha sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup of cashews (best soaked for 6 hours)
1/2 cup aquafaba (the liquid from a can of chickpeas)
1-2 tbsp of sriracha sauce depending hot spicy you like it
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 garlic clove
*Add 1 tbsp of water if you like it slightly more runny
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until creamy and smooth.
