Banana Bread Pancakes

GF, DF and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ½ cup oats

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup almond milk

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts

  • Coconut yoghurt (to top)

    Method :

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

  • 2. Spray frypan with oil. Cook pancakes on a medium-low heat for approx. 4 minutes each side or until golden
