Banana Bread Pancakes
GF, DF and RSF
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
½ cup oats
1 egg
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup almond milk
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp crushed walnuts
Coconut yoghurt (to top)
Method :
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
2. Spray frypan with oil. Cook pancakes on a medium-low heat for approx. 4 minutes each side or until golden
