Savoury Muffins
GF, DF and RSF - makes 9
Ingredients:
1 cup of buckwheat flour
1 cup of almond meal
1 carrot grated
1 zucchini grated
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp of dried rosemary
1 tbsp of oregano
1 cup of almomd milk
2 eggs whisked
Salt and pepper
Method:
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C
In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix.
In a seperate bowl add the wet ingredients and whisk.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk to combine.
Pour mixture into some silicon muffin molds and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Once golden, remove and set aside to cool completely.
