Macadamia and Hemp Seed Porridge
GF, DF, V + RSF - serves 1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup GF oats
1 1/2 cups coconut or macadamia milk plus more if needed
1 tbsp macadamia butter
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
Berries to top
Method:
In a small saucepan add all ingredients except the berries and bring to a simmer. After a few minutes turn off the heat.
Pour porridge into a bowl, I like to add a splash more milk to make it extra creamy.
Top with berries and enjoy!
