Macadamia and Hemp Seed Porridge

GF, DF, V + RSF - serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup GF oats

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut or macadamia milk plus more if needed

  • 1 tbsp macadamia butter

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup

  • Berries to top

Method:

  1. In a small saucepan add all ingredients except the berries and bring to a simmer. After a few minutes turn off the heat.

  2. Pour porridge into a bowl, I like to add a splash more milk to make it extra creamy.

  3. Top with berries and enjoy!
