Medjool + PB Dates

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 medjool dates, pittes

  • 6 tsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)

  • 80g dark chocolate (DF if needed)

  • Sea Salt

METHOD:

  1. Slice the medjool dates down the middle.

  2. Scoop 1 tsp nut butter into the middle of the date.

  3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and spread over the medjool dates.

  4. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  5. Place in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.

  6. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
