Summertime Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup rolled oats*
1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1/3 cup vanilla coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp honey*
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/2 mango diced
3 strawberries, sliced
METHOD:
In a bowl or jar (for brekkie on the go), add all ingredients except the fruit and mix well.
In the morning top with the cut up fruit and enjoy!
