Summertime Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats*

  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice

  • 1/3 cup vanilla coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp honey*

  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 mango diced

  • 3 strawberries, sliced

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl or jar (for brekkie on the go), add all ingredients except the fruit and mix well.

  2. In the morning top with the cut up fruit and enjoy!
