Watermelon, Feta and Mint Salad

GF + V - makes 1 side

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1 tbsp cup goats feta or feta

  • 1 sprig or around 10 leaves of mint leaves roughly chopped

  • A tiny pinch of salt

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and gently mix together.

  2. Serve straight away.
