Frozen Choc Banana Bites

GF, DF + VE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced into 1.5 cm chunks

  • 100g dairy free chocolate

  • Crushed peanuts

  • Sea salt

METHOD:

  1. Add some baking paper onto a plate.

  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave proof bowl for around 30-50 seconds.

    * you are better off doing this in a few goes so it doesn’t burn, stir each time.

  3. Carefully dip the banana in the chocolate so it is evenly coated then place onto the baking paper.

  4. Sprinkle over some crushed nuts and a pinch of sea salt.

  5. Place in the freezer to set for an hour.

  6. Transfer to a airtight container and keep in the freezer.
