Tasty Tuna Mornay
GF, DF- serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
350g GF pasta
1 small onion, finely diced
3 cups cauliflower florets
1 heaped cup of corn
1 cup peas
425g tuna in springwater, drained
SAUCE:
3 tbsp ghee or butter
2 garlic cloves, grated
4 tbsp buckwheat flour or plain flour
4 cups of milk (I used coconut, soy would work to)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp vegetable stock powder or cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
