Tasty Tuna Mornay

GF, DF- serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 350g GF pasta

  • 1 small onion, finely diced

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets

  • 1 heaped cup of corn

  • 1 cup peas

  • 425g tuna in springwater, drained

SAUCE:

  • 3 tbsp ghee or butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, grated

  • 4 tbsp buckwheat flour or plain flour

  • 4 cups of milk (I used coconut, soy would work to)

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  • 2 tsp vegetable stock powder or cubes

  • Salt and pepper to taste
