Choc Nutty Bliss Balls
GF, DF + VE - makes around 10
INGREDIENTS:
10 medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp choc protein powder or cacao powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp nut butter (sub for seed butter for LB)
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
METHOD:
Add the dates into a blender and blitz to break them up.
Add all the other ingredients and blitz until smooth.
Roll into balls and if you feel like it roll in a little desiccated coconut.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
