Choc Nutty Bliss Balls

GF, DF + VE - makes around 10

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 medjool dates, pitted

  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

  • 2 tbsp choc protein powder or cacao powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp nut butter (sub for seed butter for LB)

  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

METHOD:

  1. Add the dates into a blender and blitz to break them up.

  2. Add all the other ingredients and blitz until smooth.

  3. Roll into balls and if you feel like it roll in a little desiccated coconut.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
