PB + Choc Chip Bites
GF, DF + VE - makes 8-10
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp DF choc chips
METHOD:
Line a baking tray with baking powder and preheat your oven to 170 degrees c.
Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
In a separate bowl, add all the wet ingredients and whisk together.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix together.
Roll into golf size balls and place on the tray.
Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden. Remove and leave to cool on the tray.
Store in an airtight container for upto 4 days.
