Mug me a Trifle
GF. DF + VE - serves 1
iNGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup almond or GF flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk (I used coconut)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
METHOD:
Add the almond flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup into a mug and mix together.
Cook in the microwave for 1 min 20 seconds. Let cool slightly.
Layer the yoghurt, cake and strawberries into a glass and enjoy.
