So Good Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 3/4 cup raw cacao powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 eggs, whisked

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup plant based milk

  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Can be frozen once sliced.

METHOD:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C and line a slice tin.

  2. In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients except the walnuts and mix together.

  3. In a seperate bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.

  5. Pour brownie mixture into the tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.

  6. Let cool in the pan before removing and slicing.

  7. Keep in an airtight container in the cupboard for 3 days or fridge for 5.
