Banana Waffles
You can make the batter the night before and keep in the fridge.
GF, DF, V - serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium ripe banana
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup oat flour* (GF if needed), I just blend oats into a fine flour.
1/2 tsp GF baking powder
Berries, maple syrup and hemp seeds to top
METHOD:
Add everything except the berries, hemp seeds and maple syrup into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Grease your waffle press and pour the mixture in.
Cook until golden.
Top with berries, maple syrup and hemp seeds.
