Pumpkin Bread
GF, DF, V + RSF
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup grated pumpkin
3 eggs whisked
3 tbsp EVOO
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Method:
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees C and line a loaf tin.
In a mixing bowl add all your dry ingredients together and whisk.
In a separate bowl add all your wet ingredients and whisk.
Now add you wet ingredients into the dry and whisk well.
Pour mixture into your loaf tin and bake for 50 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove and let cool before slicing.
