PB and J Smoothie Bowl
GF, DF, V + RSF - makes 1
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup diced strawberries
2 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
1/4 cup almond milk
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Top with granola and fresh fruit
