PB and J Smoothie Bowl

GF, DF, V + RSF - makes 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/3 cup diced strawberries

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

  2. Top with granola and fresh fruit
