Avocado Chocolate Mousse
GF, DF, V + RSF - serves 2
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
4 tbsp raw cacao powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of himalayan salt
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Scoop into jars and place in the fridge to set for 1 hour before eating.
*Grate some dark chocolate over for extra yumminess
