Avocado Chocolate Mousse

GF, DF, V + RSF - serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 4 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of himalayan salt

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

  2. Scoop into jars and place in the fridge to set for 1 hour before eating.

*Grate some dark chocolate over for extra yumminess
