Muesli
DF, V + RSF - makes one large jar (serving size 1/2 cup)
Ingredients:
3 cups of rolled oats or GF oats or Quinoa flakes (add 1 extra cup)
1/2 cup linseeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Method:
Place all ingredients into a large airtight glass jar and shake.
Store in your pantry.
Add your choice of milk and sweetener and either leave overnight in the fridge for overnight oats or cook on the stove in the morning.
