Immune Boosting Smoothie Bowl
GF, DF, V and RSF - serves 1
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 kiwi fruit (leave 1/4 chopped for the topping)
1 small handful of spinach
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup coconut water
1 tsp greens powder (optional)
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (I used tropeaka) optional if not using add 1 medjool date
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Top with granola (I used the PB granola) and extra kiwi fruit.
