Immune Boosting Smoothie Bowl

GF, DF, V and RSF - serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 kiwi fruit (leave 1/4 chopped for the topping)

  • 1 small handful of spinach

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut water

  • 1 tsp greens powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (I used tropeaka) optional if not using add 1 medjool date

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Top with granola (I used the PB granola) and extra kiwi fruit.
