Glow Smoothie Bowl
GF, DF, V and RSF - serves 1
Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut water or 1 1/2 cup for a smoothie
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
Protein granola to top (optional)
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Top with granola or some nuts and seeds.
