Glow Smoothie Bowl

GF, DF, V and RSF - serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut water or 1 1/2 cup for a smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Protein granola to top (optional)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Top with granola or some nuts and seeds.
