PB Coconut Rough
GF, DF, V and RSF
Ingredients:
1 cup desiccated coconut
3 tbsp coconut flour
Pinch of pink/sea salt
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup Peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter)
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
In a bowl add the desiccated coconut, coconut flour and salt, set aside.
In a small saucepan add all the other ingredients. Bring to a simmer and whisk until all ingredients are melted and combined (be careful not to burn).
Once done, pour you chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Press your mixture into your moulds or tin and place in the freezer to set for an hour.
Remove from moulds and place in an airtight container in the fridge.
