Protein Pancakes
GF, DF, V and RSF - serves 1
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla wholefood protein powder
1/4 cup oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Coconut yoghurt and berries to serve
Method:
Heat a frypan and add a splash of coconut oil.
While this heats add all your ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour the batter into the pan creating round pancakes. Cook for a few minutes each side until golden.
Remove and place on a plate and top with the yoghurt and berries.
