Oaty Blissballs

GF, DF, V and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup boiling water

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • Pinch of pink salt

Method:

  1. Place your dates, boiling water and vanilla extract in a blender and let soak for 5 minutes.

  2. Once done, blitz into a paste.

  3. Now add the rest of your ingredients and blend together.

  4. Using a spoon, carefully scoop out the mixture and roll into balls.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
