Oaty Blissballs
GF, DF, V and RSF
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 tbsp nut butter
Pinch of pink salt
Method:
Place your dates, boiling water and vanilla extract in a blender and let soak for 5 minutes.
Once done, blitz into a paste.
Now add the rest of your ingredients and blend together.
Using a spoon, carefully scoop out the mixture and roll into balls.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
