Guacamole

GF, DF, V and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocado

  • 1/4 red onion diced

  • 1 tomato diced

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a small bowl and mash with a fork.

  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
