Green Goddess dressing

GF, DF and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1/4 cup of fresh coriander

  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp raw honey/maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Add a little extra water if needed to make more of a drizzle.
